My name is Agnieszka Orzel, I go by Nikki since it's easier for my friends and clients to pronounce. I am a seasoned video editor with over 10 years of professional experience. Born in Poland, I was raised in northern NJ and  moved to California in 2009. While in NJ I attended William Paterson University and graduated Cum Laude, in 1997 with BA in Communications with concentration in Film, minors in Anthropology and Humanities Honors.   After graduating the University, I was hired by Invision  Media Communications, where I worked as Senior Video Editor and managed postproduction department.  In 2001, I created Earth and Fire Studios, with a partner.   I was still involved in postproduction, as well as created custom corporate presentations for various clients.  In 2003, I dissolved Earth and Fire Studios for an independent venture - Phoenix Studios. Over the years I have worked with clients such as Ricoh, Fuji, Novartis, Panasonic, Mita, Johnson and Johnson to name a few. I also continued to expend my skills, to meet my clients' multimedia needs.

In my spare time, I still love working on films.  I worked on several projects as an Assistant Director and held other executive positions:
